work you’ll do/responsibilities
as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.
* lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
* fluent in creating fully fledged data driven platforms (with databases, servers and clients) that thrive on strong architecture, optimize application functionality throughout the lifecycle of each project.
* expert in python/javascript along with frontend/backend frameworks and databases.
* the power of our application responsiveness and functionality will be in your hands, so you’ll approach software holistically since you will cater to both user experience and functionality, organized, communicative, and detail-oriented to ensure it works on every intended platform—so that means you’ll have to be strong in coding for mobile, too.

qualifications
required
* 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
* responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
* identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
* advanced english level
* must be legally authorized to work in mexico
* 6+ as a python developer with experience to evaluate different development decisions in python, angular/react and aws/gcp/azure including modularity and maintainability.
o experience in fastapi development with cloud-native sdks, calling external rest apis
o experience in utilized multi-threading and memory caching.
* at least 3 years with javascript and proficient in at least one modern javascript framework (e.g., react, vue.js, angularjs) including the ability to work with remote apis and third-party web services, loading data asynchronously, understanding state management, using javascript templates and dynamic views
o working experience on css, html5, javascript
* good working experience on relational databases, api and should be well versed with agile software development methodology
* working experience on webservices (soap/rest/ graphql)
* great interpersonal and communication skills (fluency of english required).
* comfortable with version control, preferably git
preferred
* exposure to ai applications is a big plus
* certifications are a plus
* experience building web apis in a microservices architecture with java and spring boot and/or nodejs and express to expose a rest apis
* experience building cross-platform mobile applications with flutter, react native, or kotlin multiplatform
* experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment
* experience with kubernetes and datastax tools including cassandra, solr, dse graph, spark
* good understanding of stream-processing software platform like kafka
* great to have large-scale website architecture experience.
* experience with ci/cd products
* working experience on nosql dbs
