*what you'll be doing*:
- prepare interview schedules, confirmations, and related documentation with accuracy and care.

- support recruitment campaigns through job postings, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- assist with reporting, data accuracy, and compliance tracking for recruitment metrics.
- collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- contribute to employer branding activities and support communications across hiring campaigns.
*what you'll bring*:
1-3 years' experience in recruitment coordination or hr administrative support within a fast-paced or international environment.
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- proficiency with ats platforms (e.g., icims, greenhouse, workday) and scheduling tools such as outlook or google calendar.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- comfortable working independently and remotely as part of a distributed, multicultural team.
