role purpose:
promote hsbc insurance solutions to match customer’s wealth needs (particularly savings, retirement, and investment) and increase insurance penetration through the premier segment. Focus on clients who visit branches infrequently by utilizing analytical and marketing-driven sales leads and rm referrals. Deliver customer needs aligned with their timing and location preferences through outreach, mobile, and tablet-enabled sales models.
principal accountabilities:
1. identify and capture insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up on analytically driven leads and campaigns.
2. maintain a high ratio of submitted-to-issued policies with prompt follow-up and after-sales service.
3. promote professional sale of insurance products.
4. provide specialist advice on suitable insurance solutions to meet the protection needs of premier nrc customers.
5. establish effective relationships with other teams within the branch and relevant partners to ensure a consistent approach and excellent service standards.
6. drive cross-selling and maturity campaigns to fulfill multiple needs for existing nrc insurance etb customers.
7. build and maintain a positive team culture through quality business referrals, sharing product knowledge, and developing referral skills among team members. Build relationships with rms and clients.
8. support referrals to the branch when other customer needs are identified.
9. identify and capture new business opportunities from customer referrals and generate referral leads to rms for onboarding non-bank customers.
10. manage individual insurance portfolios to maximize customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
requirements:

* deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including understanding of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and relevant regulations.
