job highlights
* hourly rate: usd 6.75, the equivalent to your local currency
* schedule: monday to friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | san jose, ca, pacific time
* work arrangement: work from home
side note: since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “independent contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
responsibilities
* conduct professional outbound service calls to assist customers with payment processing, document completion, and policy renewal requirements for their home, auto, and commercial policies.
* make strategic cross‑selling calls to existing clients to help them consolidate their insurance needs, particularly by bundling home, auto, and commercial coverage with the agency.
* process customer payments and handle important documentation for personal and commercial lines with accuracy and care.
* gather and organize information to support the sales team’s efforts in quoting new home, auto, or commercial policies.
* seamlessly multitask between service and sales activities throughout your shift.
* anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions, such as identifying coverage gaps in their current home, auto, or commercial insurance.
requirements
* proven experience in the insurance industry with a strong background in personal lines (home, auto) and/or commercial insurance is required.
* must be fluent in both spanish and english (bilingual proficiency required).
* at least 32 gb of ram or more.
* excel at multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
