*about this opportunity*:
the role is to assure the best value at procurement of services deployment or maintenance cellular networks in accordance to related scope.
have all needed information on supplier base in rollout or maintenance activities.
on boarding selected suppliers on the operation including mentoring layer.
monitor and acts properly on supplier performance behavior and issues based on operational indicators.
ensure ohs competence and adherence of supplier.
part of supplier evaluation, selection and kpi requirements.
responsible to track capacity supplier according to scope or annual readiness.
support on contraction and expansion supplier capacity.
plan and lead asp operational governance framework.
*what you will do*:
- in agreement with pmo, implementation management and sourcing allocate suppliers to the readiness.
- based on the rollout plan forecast the asp demand and secure the necessary capacity.
- asp onboarding process on the project including mentoring layer.
- monitoring asp behavior according operational, ehs and financial indicators.
- update all asp information and indicators result on ericsson tools properly.
- main escalation point from asp, in the same time act on asp performance kpis including (ohs, quality, productivity, and competence)
- design governance supplier quarter plan.
- lead supplier governance.
- report asp capacity behavior.
- support on sign out asp participation.
*you will bring*:
5 years of experience in telecom industry in activities such as roll out deployment, maintenance or optimization of cellular networks.
proven experience handling telecom suppliers at least 2 years.
proven experience in tech-administrative role at least 2 years.
proven team management experience
desirable negotiation skills with sourcing experience
excellent communication skills
desirable automation initiatives for simplifications
process management skills
fundamental project financial understanding skills
english intermediate skills.
