we are looking for someone who doesn’t just assist, but accompanies. Someone capable of communicating the narratives, sensations, and emotions of a scent—listening actively and guiding each visitor toward a unique and personalized experience.
this role calls for presence, sensitivity, and curiosity: sales are a consequence, not the objective.
responsibilities
* welcome each client with calm and mindful attention.
* understand their tastes, experiences, and needs in order to recommend fragrances in a personalized way.
* describe scents using sensory, evocative, and refined language.
* create a harmonious experience in the space (tone, rhythm, atmosphere).
* care for the presentation of the space.
* provide personalized follow-up after sales.
profile
* sensitivity and presence. A contemplative person with an appreciation for detail.
* language and listening. Ability to create narrative through sensory elements in a natural way. Strong spelling and writing skills.
* graceful and calm demeanor. Warmth, poise, and distinction.
preferred but not required
* experience in personalized client attention, hospitality, art, fashion, literature, or wellness.
* cultural curiosity (art, music, nature, fashion, design, literature).
contract
* part-time (24 hours)
* gross salary of $7,488 + commissions.
