Personal assistant
we are seeking a highly skilled personal assistant to ensure effective time optimization, seamless agenda coordination, smooth communication across multiple business areas, and timely execution of strategic activities. The personal assistant will act as a key partner in facilitating decision-making and supporting the achievement of corporate objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
executive calendar management.
Preparation of meeting minutes.
Follow-up on open action items with multiple business areas.
Event planning and coordination.
Management of business travel arrangements and travel expense reports.
Handling of highly confidential information.
Creation of business reports and consolidation of company information.
Development of executive presentations in powerpoint.
Use of erp systems for requisition creation (sap preferred).
Organization, documentation, and minute-taking for local and regional board meetings.
Follow-up on local and regional pending matters.
Coordination of executive security personnel
requirements
bachelors degree in administration, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experi
