Responsibilities
* onboarding and offboarding of employees, including building access cards, parking spaces, and fixed asset management.
* organizing monthly activities for employees, such as afternoon tea for pregnant employees, "happy friday" events, and mexican cultural festival activities.
* procurement of office supplies.
* processing official payments for mexican office expenses (office-related).
* coordinating with suppliers for the mexican office's needs and procurement.
* handling reimbursements for local mexican employees.
requirements
* responsible, at least two years of administrative experience, proactive, strong communication skills, outgoing personality.
* fluent in english.
