Software engineer iii – application support & development

we’re looking for a software engineer who combines strong development skills with a production-support mindset.
this role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys not only building robust enterprise applications, but also analyzing complex systems, troubleshooting issues in production, and ensuring long‑term stability and performance.
you’ll work on business‑critical web, mobile, and api solutions running in azure and aws environments, helping maintain reliability while continuously improving architecture and code quality.
what you’ll do:
* design, develop, and maintain enterprise web and api applications using .net and python
* support and troubleshoot production systems, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
* analyze system performance, logs, and database behavior to resolve bottlenecks
* work with microsoft sql server (2014+) to optimize queries and data models
* implement and maintain secure authentication mechanisms (oauth 2.0, openid connect, saml 2.0)
* collaborate across infrastructure, development, and business teams to ensure system reliability
* contribute to clean architecture, testing, and maintainable code standards
* participate in agile ceremonies, release management, and git-based workflows
what we’re looking for:
* 6–8+ years of professional software development experience
* strong expertise in .net, linq, entity framework (ef), and web api
* solid understanding of object-oriented design and service-oriented architecture
* proven experience supporting and enhancing existing enterprise applications
* advanced sql skills with experience crafting complex queries and optimizing performanceexperience configuring iis and deploying/managing applications in azure and/or aws
* experience writing unit tests and improving system supportability
* strong written and verbal english communication skills.
nice to have:
* exposure to ai/ml, especially gen ai or llm integrations
* experience developing mobile applications with flutter
* familiarity with release pipelines and devops practices
* candidates must reside in monterrey or the metropolitan area.
* hybrid model: on-site monday, wednesday, friday | home office tuesday & thursday
* schedule: monday to friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
