Reporting to the Regional HRIS Team Lead, this role will focus on supporting the delivery of the Workday Implementation Roadmap across LATAM, helping to ensure countries and businesses are aligned with the general standard HR processes.
The successful incumbent will bring with them the prior experience of embedding Workday and will have experience of working in fast-paced, highly commercial and entrepreneurial environments. Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting both the in country teams as well as the implementation partner team to ensure a design aligned with global standards.
Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of the deployment.
Work with the project teams in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
Support local teams in understanding and providing project requirements including employee data and business organisation structures.
Lead in partnership with our implementation partner in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday
Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s
Develop relevant employee guidance ensuring all content is accurate, fit for purpose, and locally relevant.
Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilising Workday.
Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
