it position that supports the sales organization by providing support and delivering solution and fixes to the different issues faced by their users, whilst also contributing to enhancing and develop a more resilient and reliable solution.
*main purpose of the job*
- provide it support to the osprey solution; analysis and troubleshoot of issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and deliver fixes to the issues reported.
- collaborate with other teams in the development, testing and delivery of enhancements and changes.
- contribute to the evolution of the solution by providing input in the definition of the technical and integration roadmaps.

what experiences are key to success in this job?
- experience working with sap (erp) as a support/ consulting member
- experience working in an agile/devops environment
- experience with effective communication in english at different levels in the organization
- experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- strong solution integration knowledge
- proven record of identifying and implementing successful projects with positive business results
- proficient in coordination of project activities
- experience in cpg industry (desirable)
- experience working with tpm solutions (desirable)
