Ensure appropriate detailed cost analysis and negotiations are performed to achieve best value.* identifies, selects, and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a competitive price whilst maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct for the assigned commodity.* reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.* negotiates relevant contracts for the assigned commodity.
