you will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their decision-making process, building trust, and converting inquiries into confirmed treatments in one of the most innovative and rapidly growing fields in healthcare.
what you'll do
• manage and convert
international patient inquiries
into consultations and confirmed treatments.
• lead consultative conversations with prospective patients to understand their needs and explain treatment options.
• build trust and long-term relationships with patients from
the united states and canada
.
• work closely with the medical and marketing teams to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• maintain strong follow-up processes to maximize
conversion rates and patient experience
.
• track performance metrics and continuously improve the
sales funnel and closing rate
.
who we're looking for
• proven experience in
healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aesthetic medicine, wellness clinics, or medical tourism
.
• strong
consultative sales and closing skills
, ideally in high-ticket services.
• experience working with
international clients
is highly valued.
•
fluent conversational english is mandatory.
candidates who are not fully comfortable holding professional conversations in english with international patients will not be considered.
• highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
compensation & opportunity

base salary:
$70,000 mxn gross per month
