looking for a creative and committed, full-time customer onboarding representative to help track the admin site and execute outreach and follow-ups for registered users. The main objective of this role is to implement strategies that generate transactions.
*responsibilities*:
- support new artists/venues through every aspect of registration and remain available to them as a direct line of technical support for troubleshooting within the app.
- follow the customer onboarding process and develop strategies that generate transactions with active users (venues)
- maintain organized customer files and detailed records of communication and follow-up
job requirements:
- fluent english writer and speaker
- based in mexico
- creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
- excellent computer literacy skills
- willingness to work from home and self-manage schedule to reach goals
- must have communication tools (phone and computer)
- must have access to a solid internet connection
- a passion for live music is a plus
*salary*: $14,000.00 per month
