business development lead
to help us expand our nearshore staffing services into the u.s
what you’ll do:
identify and connect with u.s.-based companies that can benefit from nearshore talent
lead outreach efforts, pitch our services, and close new business
collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored staffing solutions
own the sales pipeline and hit revenue goals
stay on top of industry trends and client needs
what we’re looking for:
3+ years in b2b sales (staffing, outsourcing, or saas is a big plus)
strong understanding of the u.s. business landscape
excellent communication and negotiation skills
bilingual (english/spanish or portuguese) is a bonus
self-starter with a go-getter attitude
