You will:
- manage the team of wellness coaches, including scheduling, hiring, and issue resolution
- define sensitive content best practices and audit and ensure compliance with sensitive content best practices.
- develop product and process to improve the quality and effectiveness of our tasker wellness offering
- develop reports for internal and customer stakeholders on our wellness program
- _note: this role will likely be exposed to harmful content (imagery, text, video) as a part of resolving escalation requests_
qualifications:
- experience in risk management, compliance, or content moderation/trust and safety policy.
- excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into simple and clear language
- team leadership experience and program management experience
- wellness experience either with a background in clinical wellness support or content moderation support
