* bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in web development.
* strong proficiency in web programming languages (python, php & nodejs are a plus)
* experience with modern web frameworks.
* experience working with relational databases (e.g., mysql)
* experience with performance optimizations (cache, algorithm optimization, benchmarking)
* experience developing distributed web applications on the cloud.
* good communication skills in english.
