Responsibilities

- Customer Service
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Schedule weekly calls to ensure orders are on track for the customer request date.
- Resolve disputes through direct contact with customers.
- Provide the customer's Order Status Report.

- Order Execution

- Proactively handle order backlog.
- Report order status.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with customers.
- Handle the delivery process through the internal supply chain.
- Assess sales estimates monthly.

- Sales Updates

- Coordinate critical orders weekly with the sales team.
- Analyze risks and opportunities based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing, and service operations.

- For this role, you will need

Requirements

- Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation), or related field.
- English proficiency of at least 70%.

Experience Requirements

- 2 years of experience in administration orders in Final Control, reporting R&O; to ensure LATAM POR, backlog management, and customer service for internal candidates; 3 years for external candidates.
- Preferable experience with ERP programs.
- Preferable knowledge in supply chain, administration, and logistics.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
