responsibilities: - promote and support thedeployment of the operational excellence (opex) system, ensuringalignment with business priorities to accelerate performanceimprovement.
- establish and implement performance priorities andtargets, in collaboration with functional teams across theorganization.
- monitor progress and support corrective actions,ensuring that deviations from goals are addressed effectively andtimely.
- train and coach teams and individuals on the operationalexcellence methodology to foster continuous improvementcapabilities and ownership.
- lead benchmarking events and bestpractice implementation, working closely with operations to expandthe culture of performance excellence.
- conduct diagnosticassessments across the organization to identify operationalinefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- leadmultiple kaizen events (both transactional and operational) toimprove processes and eliminate waste.
- document and communicateprogress and results through periodic reporting to leadership andrelevant stakeholders.
- promote and contribute to the developmentof a proactive safety culture, integrating safety improvements intoall opex initiatives.
- support cultural transformationinitiatives, aligning behaviors, values, and practices with theprinciples of lean, continuous improvement, and operationalexcellence.
academic background: - bachelor's degree in industrialengineering, manufacturing engineering, business administration, orrelated fields - desirable: certification in lean six sigma (greenor black belt), tpm, or operational excellence required experience:- intermediate to advanced (5–7 years or more): experience inmanufacturing environments applying lean/opex methodologies,leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, and fosteringcultural transformation.
