This role is deeply focused on tiktok—understanding trends, identifying breakout audio early, and building strategies that turn content into viral moments. You'll combine creative storytelling, trend analysis, and client management to develop and execute campaigns that drive real audience growth and cultural impact. Key responsibilities develop and execute tiktok-first strategies to grow brands and artists identify emerging trends, sounds, and cultural moments—and translate them into scalable content opportunities analyze trending audios and recommend strategies or campaigns to amplify and extend their reach create content frameworks and storytelling approaches optimized for tiktok performance serve as the main point of contact for clients, aligning on creative direction and growth goals manage projects end-to-end, from concept through execution and reporting collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to produce high-performing content track performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data and platform insights qualifications 2–4+ years of experience focused specifically on tiktok strategy or short-form content deep understanding of tiktok culture, algorithm behavior, and content formats proven ability to spot trends early and translate them into successful campaigns experience working with trending audio and understanding how sounds scale on the platform strong client communication and project management skills ability to balance creative instinct with data-driven decision-making experience working with brands, artists, or creators is a strong plus what we're looking for someone who lives on tiktok and understands internet culture intuitively a strategist who can turn trends into repeatable growth systems—not just one-off posts strong creative storyteller with a sharp sense of timing and relevance organized and reliable in managing multiple clients and projects nice to have experience in music, entertainment, or working directly with artists familiarity with influencer collaborations and creator ecosystems basic understanding of content production workflows (editing, hooks, pacing, etc.)
