Opportunity
in this role, you will be responsible for managing the most important trendsetter outlets in your area, generating appropriate sell strategies for each, educating and motivating sales staff to create sustained growth of sales and awareness for our portfolio. You will boost performance and growth of bacardi brands in your territory by negotiating commercial terms and building lasting relationships with customers. Your strong communication, presentation, networks, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success.
responsibilities

* comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, and achievement metrics at each customer service point.
* identify and account for census where current executives are not executing.
* close agreements on top accounts.
* negotiate and implement activities that increase return on sales (ros).
* execute and track promotional activities and point‑of‑sale material.
* develop and manage a promotional plan for your territory based on business priorities.
* manage territory/channel/account performance monthly/quarterly, working with clients/distributors to guarantee forecast and budget delivery.
* act as the primary contact with clients, creating effective long‑term relationships.
* monitor competitors’ activities and generate action plans from analysis.
* communicate effectively with clients to gather input for product/service improvement and solve day‑to‑day operational questions.
* develop talent that positions bacardi in customers’ minds.
* implement best standardised business practices.
* maintain thorough knowledge of bacardi history and culture.
* connect resources and capabilities (e.g., revenue growth management, point of sale, research, support materials) to support local business objectives.
qualifications
* well‑developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* effective networking and strong interpersonal skills.
* confident presence and professional appearance in person.
* demonstrable track record of performance and delivery.
* excellent computer skills (excel & power point).
* fluency in english and spanish.
