about the role:
we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive supply chain specialist to manage the procurement execution for our transformer and new energy-related products. This role involves close coordination with production, suppliers, and finance to ensure material availability, quality, and timely payments in support of manufacturing operations in mexico.
key responsibilities:
* execute purchase orders and contracts promptly based on approved requisitions.
* follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery in line with the production schedule.
* communicate and resolve material quality issues, including handling returns and replacements.
* prepare procurement payment plans and coordinate with finance for timely and accurate payments.
* reconcile material receipts and invoices, track supplier billing, and ensure proper financial documentation.

qualifications:
