**Training and Development Coordinator**
Description:
Designs, develops, and delivers talent management solutions to the Plant. This role will manage the Talent Management and Learning Processes to support all Manager and employee development needs as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. Collaborate with Business Leaders and HR Representatives across the Plant to understand talent needs, business goals to build development strategies to ensure a strong future Talent Pipeline.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor training & development programs to ensure alignment of programs to business & employees needs.
- Facilitate Performance Management process and leverage it toward a High-Performance Culture to achieve the operation overall business strategies and goals
- Coordinate & facilitate the Talent Review processes and essential action plans for Critical Talent.
- Coordinate & facilitate the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and action plans.
- Generates reporting and key metrics related to Training & Development programs
- Maintains active knowledge of best trends in leadership learning, talent management & technical training based on Hussmann products & processes. Leads change management for significant business initiatives.
- Follow-up to the specifications and requirements of Norm ISO9000, ensuring compliance of all training & development process for internal and external audits.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related careers. Minimum of 4+ years of professional human resources experience in the areas of organizational learning and development, performing a key role.
