Role overview:
we are seeking a learning manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our training initiatives in latin america. This key role involves establishing and optimizing our terminal training system, creating annual training plans, researching training needs, and promoting agent headquarters learning organizations.
key responsibilities include:
* establish and optimize the terminal training system
* develop and implement annual training plans
* research training needs and design & develop training courses
* organize and manage various ff training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
* build a team of training instructors and maintain external training resources
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree or above in hr resource management, education, or related fields
* +5 years of training experience
* +3 years of team management experience
* +3 years of large enterprise experience
* familiarity with training system construction & operation
* rich experience in training project design and implementation
* excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning, and team management skills
the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to adapt quickly to new environments, and possess a mobile phone industry background.
