El gerente de planeación filtra y analiza la información recibida por parte de servicio al cliente, de producción y de la alta gerencia para asignar prioridades de trabajo al equipo de planeación y producción. Analiza las cargas de trabajo de la unidad y de cada celda y decide la manera óptima de procesar las órdenes. responsibilities
* lead the planning team to meet customer requirements and the metrics of on time delivery (otd), past due backlog (pdbl), and inventory.
* filter and analyze information from customer service, production, and senior management to assign work priorities for the planning and production teams.
* analyze workloads of the unit and each cell and determine the optimal way to process orders; adjust current lead times for final products as needed.
* control, evaluate, and propose the appropriate kanban level for finish goods.
qualifications
* experience in production planning, workload analysis, and prioritization.
* ability to adjust lead times and manage kanban levels for finish goods.
* strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and global partners.
