What success looks like in this role:
provides systems administration support for multiple organizations across the company.
engages with clients to gather specifications requirements and systems expectations.
analyzes and recommends commercially available hardware and software capable of meeting network systems and user requirements.
contributes to the design development and maintenance of systems administrations infrastructure (routers switches and application load balancers).
provides systems administration hands-on support troubleshooting and technical guidance.
configures and maintain large hyper-v environments.
designs hardware and software performance stress and load tests and makes recommendations based on results.
conducts training sessions with users and systems administration team members.
you will be successful in this role if you have:
location:
preferably based in mexico city (cdmx) monterrey or guadalajara; r
equired to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
language proficiency:
fluency in spanish and a high level of english required.
the position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
studies
: related engineering degree completed.
must have skills (experience of at least 4 years):
microsoft windows server
