Qualifications
* bachelor's degree or engineering degree in business, industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
* advanced, fluent proficiency in english.
* minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development, corporate technical sales, strategic account management, or complex industrial sales.
* mandatory experience in sectors such as precision machining, contract manufacturing, component manufacturing, assembly, or industrial systems integration.
* demonstrable solid success in opening corporate accounts and closing high-value deals with long sales cycles.
* experience with crm systems, preferably salesforce.
* strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to resolve financial/operational objections.
* proactively prospect, qualify, and close new market opportunities in the precision machining and systems assembly sectors.
* develop, monitor, and accelerate the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate closing forecasts through the optimal use of crm.
* coordinate and lead the process of requests for quotes (rfqs), technical reviews, pricing meetings, and the comprehensive commercial negotiation process for large contracts.
