responsabilidades
* provide technical support and quality expertise to the fixtures and fittings plants.
* implement and improve quality processes at assigned plants.
* serve as a liaison between the plants and the qa central.
requisitos
* bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
* experience in quality management in manufacturing environments.
* knowledge of quality tools (spc, fmea, control plan etc.).
* data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
* communication and teamwork skills.
* certifications: asq certification or equivalent, and six sigma green belt are a plus.
* at least 3 years in engineering, sourcing, or quality related roles as a specialist in a discrete manufacturing environment (fortune 500 company is a plus).
* team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources; experience working with others on a global basis is a plus.
* analytical and problem solving skills – communicates in a clear and succinct manner; effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions.
* change oriented – knowledge of process improvement tools; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing objectives.
* proven statistical analysis capability with use of appropriate problem solving techniques.
