About the role the key role ofthe io enablement team is to support the kerry business growthagenda by ensuring the data integrity of the company's integratedoperations epm system, while ensuring that the right information iswith the right stakeholders at the right time, setting thebenchmark for ensuring the business is serviced with world-classperformance measurement reports. Reporting to the io enablementlead this role will provide an excellent opportunity for thesuccessful candidate to be a key contributor to the implementationof the finance operating model streamlining and optimizing globalbusiness performance reporting. Key responsibilities the ioenablement analyst will deliver routine & non-routine financialreporting and analysis, supporting key stakeholders across theorganization. This role will ensure the maintenance and governanceof all transactional & master data, providing sme support byperforming integrity checks to ensure that any material variancestemming from the system is flagged for investigation by ict. Keyobjectives: - deliver information that promotes commonality of datamanagement across the group and a culture in which "one version ofthe truth" is used to support decision making. - follow processesto ensure governance of master data is aligned to one version ofthe truth. - participate in the standardization and simplificationof all routine & non-routine performance reporting across thegroup. - execution and continued improvement of key businessprocesses i.e., performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting,scorecards & transaction data integrity - key role activities& responsibilities: - deliver routine performance reportingincluding preparation of routine reports and presentations tosupport key business stakeholders, preparing ad-hoc reports andanalysis as required. - coordination of key processes preparing andissuing templates and instructions, collating inputs when received,checking for accuracy and loading to relevant systems as required.- ensure reconciliation of data across all systems on a weekly andmonthly basis, including data checks, and escalating issues in atransparent and collaborative manner as issues arise. - supportglobal enablement workstreams to streamline data governance andalign on ways of working to drive data integrity in all dimensionswithin epm. - integration of acquisitions into epm and fp&areporting if and as when required. - investigate root cause andresolve ad hoc user & data governance queries. - become anenablement sme/sap superuser and deliver training sessions asrequired on afo/gtm/bpm qualifications and skills qualifications -bachelor's degree in administration, business or other numericaldisciplines. - 3-5 years' experience in a financial analysis, r2r,or as a finance ict business analyst. - knowledge of sap, sap bw,crm, epm and / or power bi. - experience in data analytics tools(power query, business objects, sql or vba). - advanced excelskills - qualified aca /acca/cima/cpa, ideally in fmcg ormanufacturing industry highly desirable - previous experiencewithin finance supply chain or integrated operations finance is aplus.
