cimmyt is an international organization that uses applied agricultural science to improve the production of basic cereals such as maize, wheat, triticale, sorghum, millets, and associated crops.
the consultant will establish a framework for policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and governance.
key responsibilities
* conduct a thorough review of existing organizational policies and procedures to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
* draft new policies and procedures to address existing gaps and update existing policies to ensure clarity, relevance, and compliance.
* engage with key stakeholders to discuss draft policies and incorporate feedback.
* develop a detailed implementation plan and provide training and support staff in the new policies and procedures.
* deliverables: a comprehensive report detailing assessment findings, draft and final versions of all policies and procedures, an implementation plan with clear timelines and responsibilities.
