the ideal candidate must have experience in deploying employee files and benefit administration strategies. They will lead the delivery of retained workforce administration services across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience.

the ideal candidate will have:
* 7+ years of experience in hr operations, shared services, or workforce administration with a focus on multi-country environments.
* 2+ years of people management experience including leading, coaching, and managing direct reports.
* in-depth knowledge of hr compliance requirements, employee data reporting, and benefits administration principles across latam and north america.
* full proficiency in english and spanish, along with experience using hris systems like workday and case management tools like servicenow.
