we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented property manager to oversee daily operations of our properties.
1. main responsibilities:
* manage daily operations of properties, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
* coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, resolving issues promptly.
* develop and maintain effective communication with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* process lease agreements, property documentation, and rent collection, maintaining accurate financial records.
* monitor and control expenses, ensuring operational efficiency.
* supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality work.
* conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
* coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
* prepare detailed reports for property owners, providing accurate and timely information.
