about the role
we are looking for a marketing delivery manager to drive growth across our full service platform of customer experience, marketing research, and employee experience. This is a 360-degree marketing role requiring a holistic understanding of how marketing supports both sales and product teams.
the ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. Reporting directly to the director of marketing, you will plan and launch campaigns spanning marketing automation, newsletters, webinars, and digital events, while collaborating cross-functionally to generate pipeline and build brand awareness in english-speaking markets.
what you'll own
* content and copywriting: write clear, persuasive copy for inbound and outbound campaigns, ensuring all materials are meticulously edited and proofread
* demand generation: drive lead generation by collaborating with sales and product teams to identify and target high-quality prospects
* marketing automation: build and manage sophisticated hubspot workflows to nurture leads across the customer journey
* strategy and planning: brainstorm creative campaign ideas and execute initiatives across the most effective channels for each audience
* market intelligence: conduct ongoing competitive research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor movements
* event support: plan and support webinars, live shows, online conferences, and specialized digital events
* performance tracking: own monthly kpi reporting and present deep-dive analysis against overall business goals
what we're looking for
* 5+ years of marketing experience
* fluent english, written and spoken, with the ability to create content for english-speaking audiences
* must have tactical experience with hubspot or a comparable marketing automation platform
* proficiency in adobe suite, canva, ms office, and google suite
* basic knowledge of html, css, and seo
* strong writing and editing skills with sharp attention to detail
* proven ability to execute independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* excellent time management, organizational skills, and composure under pressure
* b2b marketing experience is a strong asset
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
