* negotiate favorable pricing, terms, slas, and contract provisions across complex, high-value agreements
* build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships through quarterly business reviews, performance scorecards, and continuous improvement programs
* partner with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions that balance cost, quality, risk, and innovation

* implement kpi frameworks to drive supplier accountability and service excellence
* champion procurement process improvements and best practice adoption across the function
* mentor junior procurement staff and share category expertise across the organization
what we are looking for
* 7–10 years of progressive procurement or category management experience in a corporate environment
* proven track record managing $15m+ in annual spend and delivering consistent yoy savings of 5–10%+

* strong commercial negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex, high-value contract situations
* solid understanding of category markets, supply base dynamics, and pricing structures
* advanced analytical and financial acumen — spend analysis, cost modeling, and business case development
* exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* proficiency with procurement platforms (sap ariba, coupa, oracle, or similar), spend analytics tools, and advanced excel; bi tools a plus
* excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
