gsoc operators are the main resource to ensure physical integrity of hn people and assets, as well as to ensure the security of our supply chain to make final customers and distributors receive their orders on time.
Gsoc operators are expected to act as the primary users of security applications to properly configure and manage access control system, cctv & fire control system. They are also expected to respond to a variety of day‑to‑day requests for physical security situations 24/7. Gsoc operators are also expected to act as liaison between security & safety and other structures to ensure policies and procedures are observed and followed.
Main activities
complaint review and preparation of incident reports based on evidence obtained from the cctv system, written and verbal declarations to provide findings and suggest corrective actions to prevent further events.
Gsoc operators must monitor our supply chain through gps as well as other tools to be able to react in case of any security event.
Gsoc operators must also look for weather events and any potential service disruption events (i.e.: social demonstrations, political events, etc) that could impact hn facilities, our supply chain, or the continuity of the operation.
Gsoc operators must be able to define and document processes and procedures as part of the continuous improvement philosophy of the security structure.

experience in process & protocols
previous experience in maintenance programs of the security systems (cctv, fire equipment, access control)

experience
required
12 to 18 months of experience in security related activities.
Demonstrated experience resolving problems during critical incidents.
Risk management, with emphasis on preventive & corrective measurements (kpi's)
knowledge of system administration and security architecture
preferred
previous experience in security operation centers
education
required
professional degree.
English minimum level or intermediate
preferred
security certifications (cpo)
criminal certificate studies
