about the role
we are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the commissions systems team, supporting the incentives & compensation function. This role acts as a bridge between business and it, helping deliver solutions that support commission and bonus calculations across multiple lines of business.
you will work in a fast-paced environment handling financial data, ensuring accuracy while contributing to system improvements, testing, and ongoing operations.

* work with financial data to support commission and bonus calculations.
* assist with data extraction, validation, manipulation, and adjustments.

requirements
* experience working with data and supporting business or system processes.
* ability to work with urgency and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* bachelors degree
* data extraction and manipulation (entry level).
* strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* attention to detail, especially when working with financial data.
* sql – entry level (1–3 years).
