- advise managers
- collaborate with team members
- support the latam organizational manager in the establishment of salary scales
- support organizational changes
- develop strategies for attracting talent and retaining team members
- participate in the planning of the workforce needed
- take control of payroll validation
- elaborate kpis — turnover, headcount, training hours, etc.

- experience in industrial relations or human resources
- good adaptation capacity
- ability to build relationships of trust
- political and strategic sense
- knowledge of change management
