about the role
senior hr specialist (mexico hr manager)
responsibilities
* responsible for the recruitment of americas (méxico, us, brazil). Complete the whole process of resume screening, interview organization, offer release and onboarding follow-up.
* handle the full process of employee hiring, payroll and resignations, and maintain employee documentation properly.
* establish employee communication channels, answer inquiries about salary and benefits, and handle simple employee relationship issues.
* implement local salary accounting and welfare distribution, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all related work.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of hr-related work experience, and familiar with recruitment and employee relations modules.
* proficient in mexican labor laws and regulations, and familiar with the local salary and welfare system.
* fluent in spanish and english, with the ability to communicate cross-regionally.
* strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, with basic communication and coordination skills.
required skills
* fluent in spanish and english (listening, speaking, reading and writing); proficiency in portuguese is a plus.
preferred skills
* experience in hr-related work.
pay range and compensation package
salary range: negotiable (including basic salary + performance bonus + local benefits).
