Maintenance professional
our company seeks a skilled maintenance professional to fill this critical role. In this position, you will provide technical support for capital projects and equipment integration.
* capital projects & equipment integration: ensure seamless integration of new machinery related to capital projects.
* equipment redesign & upgrades: lead redesign initiatives for outdated or failing machine components.
* strategic maintenance planning: develop long-term maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
* preventive & predictive maintenance: champion predictive maintenance programs using advanced diagnostic tools and data-driven methodologies.
* troubleshooting & repair supervision: diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, oversee repair operations, and guide technicians.
* quality control: verify and inspect the quality of completed maintenance work.
* system updates & optimization: maintain system parameters to improve machine performance and reduce downtime.
* root cause analysis: investigate recurring issues to identify long-term solutions.
to succeed in this role, you must possess:
* bachelor's degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or related field).
* 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
* strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance software.
* experience with cmms and maintenance scheduling tools.
* solid understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and root cause analysis methodologies.
