we are seeking a motivated sales professional to oversee our hytera product lines in the latin america region. The ideal candidate will have a relevant academic background and a strong interest in sales, with a basic understanding of the communications industry. As a channel sales representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue through local dealers.

【job description】

1. deeply understand and analyze industry market patterns, development trends, and competitor movements; formulate market strategies.
2. build and expand regional customer base, establish long-term partnerships, manage customer resources, and improve customer management levels.
3. gather market information and customer feedback to identify product needs and suggest improvements or new developments to relevant departments, supporting product enhancement and r&d.

【responsibilities】

1. maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
2. negotiate and finalize dealer agreements; guide and support dealers to meet sales targets.
3. conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends; adjust strategies accordingly.
4. assist channel partners with quotations and proposals.
5. collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotions, and events.
6. drive demand generation through product training, workshops, and seminars for partners and end-users.
7. stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements.

【job requirements】

1. bachelor's degree or higher in communications, computer, electronics, marketing, or related fields.
2. good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; customer-oriented mindset.
3. strong personal presence, execution, resilience under pressure, and team spirit.
4. proficiency in spanish, portuguese, french, or russian as working languages is preferred.

【qualifications】

1. bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or related fields; master's preferred.
2. understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices.
3. exceptional negotiation and communication skills; ability to analyze market data.
4. proficient in microsoft office.
5. fluent in english; proficiency in spanish or portuguese is required; chinese is a plus.
6. willingness to travel frequently within latin america.
