Job description – spa massage & therapeutic services
we are seeking experienced therapists to deliver high‑quality massage, facial, and body care in our spa locations. The role requires strong client service skills and a passion for wellness.
Responsibilities
perform a variety of massage techniques, including relaxing, descontracturant, sports, and specialized modalities (ventosas, hydrofacial, dermapen).
Provide facial and body treatments such as deep‑cleaning facials, lymphatic drainage, and advanced appliance‑assisted therapies.
Assist with manicure, pedicure, depilation, and other beautification services.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area; handle equipment and supplies.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and building repeat relationships.
Participate in ongoing training and use of new techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
minimum education: secondary or higher (bachillerato, técnico, or similar). Preferred: related degree or technical training in massage, physiotherapy, or cosmetology.
At least 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in spa or beauty services, with proven skill in facial and body treatments.
Strong knowledge of massage anatomy, pressure points, and therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication, reliability, punctuality, and a service‑oriented attitude.
Available for full‑time schedules, including weekends and public holidays; flexibility for rotating shifts.
Benefits & compensation
competitive base salary ranging from $8,000 to $15,000 mexican pesos per month, depending on location and experience.
Performance‑based bonuses (productivity, monthly, quarterly) and commission on sales with no cap.
