job responsibilities
* policy execution: implement and communicate warranty policies in alignment with organizational strategies.
* claims management: process dealer/customer claims while ensuring timely compliance and proper documentation.
* data analysis: monitor claim trends and report recurring issues to relevant teams for resolution.
* audit support: maintain accurate records for internal/external audits and ensure transparency.
* dealer training: collaborate with technical support teams to train dealers on warranty processes.
* escalations: resolve complex warranty disputes efficiently.

requirements
* minimum 3 years of experience in warranty roles preferably within the oem/ev industry.
* analytical mindset with proficiency in warranty software.
* english fluency is mandatory; knowledge of mandarin is a plus.
