Key account onboarding specialist
as a key account onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of our mobile and web application sdks with our clients' systems. This involves smooth onboarding of new customers to our platform, allowing them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
responsibilities:
* collaborate with technical stakeholders and development teams to guide them on integrating our sdks and apis.
* ensure timely onboarding of clients by implementing our platform and focusing on reducing time to value (ttv).
* work closely with customer success managers to build relationships, educate, and train customers on implementation processes, campaign creation, and successful go-live.
* act as a product consultant to customers, helping define technical solutions and requirements to implement business use cases.
* participate in technical discussions to identify use cases, provide actionable inputs to internal teams, and document technical requirements.
requirements:
* hands-on experience with mobile app development (android, ios, hybrid), web technologies, apis, and integration techniques.
* ability to translate and troubleshoot various scripting languages.
* familiarity or experience integrating sdks.
* technical problem-solving skills.
* understanding of software design and deployment, database concepts, and project management methods.
