qualifications and skills
* bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in engineering roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position

* excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* experience with agile methodologies and modern development practices
* ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
