Responsibilities the opportunity this role is part of the people solutions team in pepsico’s global tech strategy & enterprise platforms organization. The people solutions team is a complex organization with global scope over both operational and innovation activities. The objective of this role is to lead the deployments of new & existing technology and solutions for existing and future state programs in talent management & workforce planning. The impact as platforms & solutions sr. Analyst, your responsibilities include: lead orgvue & other talent management tools & solutions to meet global and local country business requirements. Respond, execute and consult on baseline configuration updates. Lead configuration updates required as part of application releases. Identify new functionality that can be implemented to meet additional business requirements, improve processes, eliminate customizations, and create efficiencies. Ensure the team is responding to all inquiries for the people solutions talent management tools via servicenow in a timely manner and according to all slas. Lead on discussions/updates and build strong relationships with hr, talent management, it and s&t teams. Multi‑task, prioritize, anticipate, and independently address issues. Navigate vague or ambiguous requirements and elevate issues when appropriate. Recommend options and assess impacts. View the holistic picture while managing current tasks toward end‑state objectives. Implement new solutions based on business requirements, user experience and digital strategy. Lead implementation for large projects and configuration changes for new functionality/solutions (orgvue). Drive implementation for small/medium projects and configuration changes for new functionality/solutions. Ensure projects align across the system landscape. Collaborate with all internal and external team members—including people experience & operations, talent management operations, s&t, it, pmo, and third‑party vendors such as strada, accenture, sap, orgvue—to deliver projects in accordance with budget, timeline and pepsico standards. Escalate project issues by collaborating across all internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure quality implementation and delivery. Qualifications education bachelor’s degree required, preferably in it or human resources; mba preferred. Experience • 5-8 years in talent management or workforce planning systems, including configuration, security, and baseline changes. • 3-5 years of experience in talent management or workforce planning system implementations/hrit. • experience responding to inquiries, change requests, and complex system changes in a fast‑paced environment. • experience recommending solutions that enable a positive user experience. • experience supporting efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions. • demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems. • ability to creatively design flexible and agile solutions. • highly organized, with strong follow‑up and results‑oriented. • strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise. • ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. • multi‑task, prioritize, anticipate, and independently address issues. • comfortable navigating vague requirements and ambiguous situations. • ability to make decisions, assess impacts, and escalat in time as needed. • ability to see the holistic picture and maintain end‑state objectives while managing current tasks.
