Enrollment centers is seeking a highly driven and organized *marketing & enrollment manager* to support enrollment growth through digital marketing, lead generation, outbound initiatives, and brand management across multiple campuses.
this position is ideal for someone who has strong experience with *meta ads (facebook & instagram)*, a good eye for design, strong english communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
the marketing & enrollment manager will play a key role in generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, supporting enrollment initiatives, and maintaining consistent branding across digital and physical platforms.
key responsibilitiesdigital marketing & lead generation
- plan, launch, monitor, and optimize meta (facebook/instagram) advertising campaigns
- manage digital enrollment funnels (ads, forms, follow-ups, and enrollment process)
- analyze campaign performance metrics and make daily optimizations
- support outbound marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, and community outreach
- identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates
enrollment & call center coordination
- support daily coordination of enrollment and intake activities
- monitor kpis such as response time, conversions, and pipeline movement
- help maintain alignment between marketing campaigns and enrollment operations
- assist with outreach priorities and enrollment follow-ups
brand management & marketing execution
- create and update marketing materials using canva or similar tools
- maintain brand consistency across campuses and communication channels
- support website updates, forms, flyers, linktrees, and digital assets
- manage and prioritize marketing requests from campuses
reporting & performance tracking
- track and report weekly marketing and enrollment performance
- analyze leads, conversions, campaign performance, and outreach impact
- use data to recommend improvements and support growth strategies
