key responsibilities
1. ensure client satisfaction through proactive support and service.
2. lead and direct support activities for clients of varying sizes.
3. respond promptly to ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
4. act as the client's advocate, identifying product support and development needs.
5. champion client requirements, leading internal communications to prioritize their needs.
6. built long-term relationships with clients based on strategic direction.
7. understand client business and product installations to identify new opportunities and reduce downtime.
8. represent clients in key business reviews and align their needs with internal solutions.
9. own and direct complete setup and preparation for client reviews, including reporting and data collection.
10. accurately forecast revenue and validate monthly billing to ensure timely issuance of invoices.
11. manage renewal of client contracts and addenda to agreed retention, deal parameters, and financial points.
