*we are looking for a highly organized, bilingual client relations & sales coordinator* to support our real estate and construction business in *san miguel de allende*. This is an *in-office position* for someone who is professional, responsive, digitally capable, comfortable with client interaction, and confident representing the company both in person and online.
This role supports lead follow-up, client communication, meeting coordination, and pipeline organization across both real estate and construction projects. It also includes helping with social media communication and being comfortable appearing on camera when needed for company content.

*key responsibilities*
- respond quickly to inbound leads
- qualify inquiries before passing them on
- schedule calls, property showings, consultations, and site visits
- send follow-up messages and keep prospects warm
- prepare listings, proposals, project summaries, and client materials
- coordinate with agents, architects, designers, vendors, and internal team members
- help collect documents, budgets, and next steps from clients and team members
- track each prospect through the pipeline and help ensure no opportunity is missed
- support both the real estate and construction sides of the business with clear communication and follow-through
- assist with social media communication, digital outreach, and brand presentation
- be available to appear on camera for company content when appropriate
