This role coordinates end‐to‐end publishing workflows, streamlines processes, liaises between it, stakeholders, regions, and web publishers, and upholds quality through rigorous testing and tracking.

The role also coordinates individual content projects end‐to‐end, oversees cross‐project program alignment, drives standards governance, and provides operational and localization support to business lines and regional teams. qualificationsmust‐have
* 3–5 years of experience in web content operations, cross‐functional coordination, project management, or digital project coordination.
* experience coordinating across it, regional teams, and vendors.
* strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management across time zones.
* working knowledge of cms/web publishing platforms and translation tooling/workflows.
nice‐to‐have
* experience with workfront or similar work‐management tools; confluence or similar documentation platforms.
* basic understanding of web qa, link checking, accessibility, and seo for localized pages.
* experience working with translation and localization services.
languages
* english: b2 (upper‐intermediate) or higher, with a commitment to ongoing improvement supported by training.
* spanish: professional working proficiency.
