Job opportunity
we are seeking a senior sales development representative to spearhead our sales outreach efforts. This role will serve as the liaison between marketing and sales, identifying new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
* manage and qualify new and existing leads through inbound and outbound channels, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
* maintain active engagement with leads to increase customer interest in our offerings and value propositions through creative, consultative communications (cold calls, email, and social channels).
* collaborate closely with account executives to qualify leads and ensure we're engaging with the right leads in the right accounts, promoting seamless communication and process efficiency.
* utilize tools and technologies to improve process efficiency, maintain sales forecast data, and regularly review and update the crm, optimizing performance and productivity.
* stay current with industry trends, competitors, and company products and services, maintaining expertise and providing informed insights to drive business growth.
* participate in training programs as directed by the manager, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
* own and manage lead generation targets, forecasts, and performance via weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting, driving results-oriented strategies and high-performance outcomes.
* adhere to and track key performance indicators (kpis) with achievement of allocated targets, demonstrating accountability and commitment to success.
* consistently strive to achieve and surpass allocated targets by implementing effective strategies and maintaining a high level of productivity, excellence, and leadership.
* mentor and train junior sales development representatives, developing their skills and knowledge to drive team performance and success.
required skills and qualifications
* at least 2 years of experience within sales, sales support, business development, or inbound/outbound b2b phone marketing or sales.
* ability to communicate effectively in english (oral and written, c1 level).
* ability to guide and mentor junior sdrs, fostering their growth and development.
* ability to autonomously conduct discovery calls, leveraging skills and expertise to drive successful outcomes.
* proficiency in crm tools, preferably salesforce, and other sales engagement and data tools.
* understanding of sales processes in the enterprise software environment, applying knowledge and expertise to drive success.
* banking, finance, or software background recommended, but not required.
* bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
